A heady aroma of Sweetness and Smokiness.  A thick richness from the molasses, brown and white sugars, and a tang from the tomato puree.  Subtle heat (hot heads wont pick it) but a beautiful table sauce or finishing glaze where heat isn't the priority, but a perfectly balanced sweet bbq sauce is.
Ribs, Wings, Burgers.    Cook them all to nearly done, then glaze right at the end and let the heat caremelize the sugars.   This is the ultimate kids and "not hot heads" BBQ sauce.
