A sweet sauce to start with a massive savoury kick from the infused rosemary.  The heat is one thing, but the Rosemary delivers an aroma that enhances everything in this sauce.  It rounds out the sweetness with a savoury finish, and pairs perfectly with Beef and Lamb, especially roasted.  
Ribs, Wings, Burgers and Roasts.   A heavy duty finishing glaze, or a perfectly positioned table sauce.
