Super Balanced - Asian Style

A perfectly balanced Asian style hot sauce.   2nd at the World Hot Sauce Awards 2016 "Asian Category" the standout for this spicy kicker is that nothing really stands out.  All in balance, with salts, sugars, acids and spice.  A perfect accompaniment to any dish on the table and just hot to enough to deliver a mouth warming kick, that it can sit proud amongst the most populate of general Hot Sauces.
