Sweet, Smooth and Minty

Mint has a beautiful cooling property which adds a natural balance to chilli heat.  Blend them both into a sweet and zesty sauce and you have the most amazing, fully rounded Sweet Chilli and Mint sauce ever.
Originally designed to go with Lamb, it stands proud on any Lamb dish.  Roast, Chops, Burgers, Loin.  Marinade or Glaze.   Quick hint..   Deboned Lamb Leg on the BBQ..   score it a few times and seal it on all sides.  Hit it with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a drizzle of our Sweet Lovin' MINT.  Throughout it's cook, turn it every 10 to 15 minutes and glaze with Sweet Lovin' MINT..  turn, glaze, turn, glaze, and watch all those sugars get crispy and caramelized.  Black, Minty, Crispy on the outside, and perfectly cooked on the inside.
